From supporting families navigating SEND, to creating opportunities for connection and wellbeing, each project is designed to build confidence, reduce isolation and strengthen communities. Together, they reflect our commitment to creating practical, accessible support that helps people feel heard, connected and empowered.

A welcoming social reading space helping people connect, belong and improve wellbeing through books.

A pilot project to strengthen connections between fathers, male carers and young children.
