SEND Outreach Project
Bridging the gap between families and the systems designed to support them. Delivered through community hubs and school based engagement, the project strengthens relationships, reduces isolation and ensures parents have accessible routes into support. It is preventative, relational and rooted in local communities.
Babies & Gentlemen
A relaxed community group designed specifically for fathers and male carers with babies and young children. It offers play, connection and conversation in a space where men feel confident, included and valued. What begins with tea, toast and toddler play often becomes something more meaningful: peer support, shared experience and honest conversation.
Simply SEND
Offering one to one guidance and community based support to help parents understand EHCPs, referrals and statutory processes. We break down complex language, strengthen parental confidence and provide calm, practical next steps before situations escalate.
